Terms of Service — BodyBound

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the BodyBound mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BodyBound is operated by Nandan Hegade, located in Karnataka, India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Crucial Medical Disclaimer: BodyBound provides automated fitness, macro-tracking, and AI-generated nutritional suggestions. We are not a medical organization. Our AI protocol and generated plans should not be construed as medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet, weight loss program, or exercise regimen.

2. AI Output & Nutritional Accuracy

BodyBound utilizes advanced generative AI engines (Gemini) to parse your input and suggest meal swaps, workout splits, and macro targets.

Verification: While we strive for absolute accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce unexpected or mathematically imprecise results.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated meal swaps to ensure they do not conflict with your personal allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary needs.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

BodyBound offers premium features through a monthly PRO subscription ("BodyBound Pro").

Processing: All subscription purchases are securely managed and billed through your respective app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Cancellations: Deleting the BodyBound app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel your auto-renewing subscription via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Refunds: Since billing is handled natively by Apple and Google, all refund requests must be directed to their respective customer support channels. We do not have the ability to issue direct refunds.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
